Here we are with our third week of beginner yoga poses! This video will take the majority of standing poses and bring them all together into a sequence. We are also introducing Warrior 3!
Feel free to do the warm-up while sitting in a chair, on a bolster, or on your mat. You do you, boo.
Use your creative license! You can always add in poses from the last two sets. I haven’t been included everything from each pose set because there’s so much to go through! These videos are meant to be sweet and simple. More advanced and complex videos are coming your way, if that’s what you’re looking for 🙃

Listen. to. your. body. If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it!
I highly encourage you to find a teacher that understands your needs. Having in-person and/or hands-on instruction will give you a solid foundation for your yoga practice.
