Let’s be honest. Doing yoga on the beach is hella beautiful. And it’s a very earthy experience. You get a salty breeze, a sunny environment, and sand everywhere. No, I mean, EVERYWHERE. It is not pretty 😬
So, for those of us who get sand stuck on our bodies, here’s a standing flow for you that will keep you mostly sans sand.
This sequence is intermediate, but you can stick to the first rotation if you want to avoid more difficult poses. You might notice that I lost my balance a couple of times during the video. Hey, it’s hard to balance on the sand! No worries, if you waver (or fall) like I did, just come right back to it with a smile 🤗
