Let’s be honest. Doing yoga on the beach is hella beautiful. And it’s a very earthy experience. You get a salty breeze, a sunny environment, and sand everywhere. No, I mean, EVERYWHERE. It is not pretty 😬
Here we are with our third week of beginner yoga poses! This video will take the majority of standing poses and bring them all together into a sequence.
