My intention is to support you on your yoga journey, whether that is doing one physical practice a week, or meditating every day. May you find balance and joy in all that you do!

Asana lessons

Slow Flow for the Spine

Your spine is a marvelous structure that keeps you upright, allows you to twist and turn, and protects all of the nerves that connect your brain to your body. For those of us who sit all day, maintaining spinal health can be a challenge. In this lesson, we focus on core strength and mobility throughout your lower, middle, and upper back. You can also expect hip openers, as tightness in the hips often contributes to lower back pain.

Yin Yoga

Turn inwards with a slow yin lesson. Poses are held between 1:30 to 5 minutes and are either seated, kneeling, or laying down. Please note that I do teach yin with some muscular engagement and with props to encourage joint safety while deeply stretching the fascia. We end our session with a long Shavasana and healing Nidra guidance.

Strengthen & Lengthen

Are you looking for a challenge? Strengthen your muscles with longer holds, protect your joints with safe alignment, and find sweet release in stretches. Each week, we highlight a different area of the body, cycling through the legs, hips, core, heart, and arms. Look forward to a thorough exploration of the structures in your own body!

Yoga Fundamentals

An 8-week course suitable for newcomers to yoga, or those who’d like a structured understanding of the first 4 limbs of yoga. Learn about the principles of yoga, how to practice the poses safely and uniquely to your body, and basic breathing techniques.

Yogic sleep

Yoga Nidra

Experience profound rest and relaxation with this guided awareness practice. Reduce stress and fatigue, increase energy and inner bliss! Please note that we lay in a supine position for 30 minutes. Instructions on how to stay comfortable are given at the start of class.

Suitable for anyone who is in need of deep rest 😌

Dhyana practices


Originating in Buddhist meditation tradition, anapanasati is an awareness practice centered on the breath. The breath is something we can always fall back to. Discover the subtleness of your inhale and exhale.


Join me for a session of loving-kindness meditation (mettā bhāvanā). This meditation technique has its origins in Buddhist practices. Mettā is a wonderful way to strengthen your connection with others in a healthy, positive way.

Lessons are held in a non-judgmental, non-competitive atmosphere. I invite all participants to listen to their bodies. If you have preexisting medical (physical or mental) conditions, please consult your doctor about the appropriate type of activity for you.
